If technical committee has already sent your paper to referees and secretariat has delivered at least one evaluation from a referee, PSC can not remove your paper and you can’t cancel your submission.
The conference secretariat never accept submission via email, unless it is specified in “Sending Paper” instruction.

It is happen after the deadline for sending paper. Still you can edit your submission on “Initially Submitted,” shown by or status.
You can edit your submission by clicking on for “Initially Submitted,” shown by or status. If your paper status is different, you can not edit the properties.
If you are the main author submitted the paper, you can sign in Secretariat System and find evaluation results in “My Paper” page. Notice, the green color in paper status means that your paper is evaluated. You can not view the evaluation results for other status, because they are in the process.
If your paper is accepted by PSC, you have to send the final version as mentioned in “Sending Paper” instruction before the deadline.
Please, do not send the final version via email.
Second priority in evaluation results mean that the technical committee will decide to accept or reject your paper based on the quantity, subject, and presentation schedule of full-accepted papers. Please, check out the evaluation result for update.
