I already have written and formatted my paper, How do I upload and submit it?

Please, read the “Sending Paper” instruction carefully. Then sign-up in Secretariat System and add a paper in “My Paper” page. Operators will check your submitted materials and contact you via email.

May I cancel my submission in PSC, and send my paper to other conferences?

If technical committee has already sent your paper to referees and secretariat has delivered at least one evaluation from a referee, PSC can not remove your paper and you can’t cancel your submission.

I already sent my paper via email, Is it necessary to upload it using the Secretariat System?

The conference secretariat never accept submission via email, unless it is specified in “Sending Paper” instruction.

When will result of paper evaluation be published?

Check out the date in conference calendar in the right sidebar of the homepage. The results will be published in Secretariat System.

What does each color indicate in paper status?

 Initially Submitted

 Sent to secretariat

 Submitted and delivered by secretariat

 Referred to related technical committee

 Referred to referees

I signed up in the system, why couldn't I add a paper?

It is happen after the deadline for sending paper. Still you can edit your submission on “Initially Submitted,” shown by  or  status.

How do I edit properties of my paper?

You can edit your submission by clicking on edit for “Initially Submitted,” shown by  or  status. If your paper status is different, you can not edit the properties.

How do I check the evaluation result of my paper?

If you are the main author submitted the paper, you can sign in Secretariat System and find evaluation results in “My Paper” page. Notice, the green color in paper status means that your paper is evaluated. You can not view the evaluation results for other status, because they are in the process.

How do I send my final accepted file?

If your paper is accepted by PSC, you have to send the final version as mentioned in “Sending Paper” instruction before the deadline.

Please, do not send the final version via email.

What is "second priority?"

Second priority in evaluation results mean that the technical committee will decide to accept or reject your paper based on the quantity, subject, and presentation schedule of full-accepted papers. Please, check out the evaluation result for update.
